Annorite™ Website Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — effective 30 September 2026

These terms cover annorite.com and its pages, videos, images and downloads (the "Site"). The Annorite app is covered by its own End User License Agreement at annorite.com/terms. If this page and that agreement conflict about the app, that agreement wins.

The Site is run by Abhishek Sharma, trading as Annorite ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Information only

The Site describes the Annorite app. Everything on it is general information about the product, not professional, technical, legal or building advice. This includes features, screenshots, videos, sample drawings, prices, dates, FAQs and support articles.

• Screenshots and videos are illustrations. They may show pre-release versions, simulated input, or example measurements and markups on fictional drawings. The app you get may look or behave differently.
• Prices, plans, availability and launch dates may change. The App Store listing at the time you buy is what applies.

2. Use of the Site

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not:

• copy, scrape or republish its content for commercial purposes;
• use it to distribute malware;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it or its hosting; or
• use it in any way that breaks the law.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, videos and code belong to us or our licensors. Annorite and the Annorite logo are our trademarks. Apple, Mac, macOS and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Annorite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Other names belong to their owners.

4. Links

Links to other sites (for example, the App Store) are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

5. No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We don't promise that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US$50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy at annorite.com/privacy explains what information the Site handles (in short, it uses no cookies, analytics or forms).

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario, sitting in Ottawa, have jurisdiction. This does not limit any consumer's right to bring proceedings where they live. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
