Annorite™ Professional Use Disclaimer
Version 1.0 — effective 30 September 2026
This disclaimer is part of the Annorite End User License Agreement (section 5).
Annorite is a viewing and markup tool. It is not a design, engineering or surveying tool, and nothing it produces is a construction document.
- Measurements are approximate, and can be wrong even when they look precise. Lengths, areas, counts, angles and scales depend on:
- whether the drawing is to scale;
- how it was produced, converted or printed;
- the scale or calibration set; and
- where you click.
- Always verify. Check every measurement against the drawing's written dimensions, the responsible design professional and the site before you rely on it. That applies to design, construction, fabrication, ordering, take-offs, estimates, bids, claims, approvals or safety. Where a written dimension and a measurement differ, the written dimension governs.
- Stamps and signatures are annotations only. "Approved", "Approved as Noted", "For Construction" and similar stamps, and drawn signatures, are not:
- certified digital signatures;
- professional seals; or
- proof of approval.
- Converted and exported files can differ from the original. DXF, DWG, EPS, image, flattened and exported files may lose or change content. Compare them with the original.
- Check redactions before you share a file.
- Keep backups. Keep a copy of every document before editing or saving it.
- The sample drawings are fictional and must not be used for any project.
You use Annorite and rely on its output at your own risk. See the End User License Agreement for the full terms, including the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability.
